The delivery time for products purchased in the online store is 1-3 working days.

In case of refusal or non-acceptance of the package, the cost of returning the shipment is covered by the buyer.

The company Tamara Zlodej sp reserves the right to refuse a complaint in the following cases:

- if we find that the item is unusable or injury caused by your improper handling

– if the goods were not returned in their original packaging

– if the goods are sent to our address with a ransom

The consumer can assert his rights from a material defect if he informs the seller about the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered. In the error notification, the consumer must describe the error in more detail and allow the seller to inspect the item.

The consumer can notify the seller of the defect personally, for which the seller must issue a certificate, or send it to the store where the item was purchased, or to the representative of the seller with whom he concluded the contract. The seller is not responsible for material defects in the goods that become apparent after two years have passed since the item was delivered.

A defect in the goods is considered to have already existed at the time of delivery if it appears within 6 months of delivery. The consumer's rights from the first paragraph expire after two years from the day he notified the seller about the factual error.


In accordance with the provision of article 43.č of the ZVPot, in the case of contracts concluded at a distance or outside the business premises, the consumer has the right to notify the company (in writing, orally...) within 14 days that he withdraws from the contract without having to give reason for your decision. In this case, the consumer can only be charged for the costs referred to in the seventh paragraph of Article 43.d of this Act.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the company shall return all payments received immediately, or at the latest within 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. Form for withdrawal from the contract 

The company returns the received payments to the consumer with the same means of payment that the consumer used, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and if the consumer does not bear any additional costs as a result. In the case of sales contracts, the company can withhold the refund of received payments until the return of the goods has been received. or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent the goods back, unless the company offers the option to collect the returned goods itself.

If the consumer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, he returns or hands them over to the company or to a person authorized by the company to accept the goods, immediately or at the latest within 14 days after the notification from the first paragraph of Article 43 of this Act, unless the company offers, to only accept the returned goods. it is considered that the consumer returns the goods on time if they are sent before the expiry of the 14 day return period.

The consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods, if the decrease in value is the result of conduct that is not absolutely necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. the consumer is not responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods if the company does not inform him of the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with point 4 of the first paragraph of Article 43 b

If you have selected the VIEW&BUY button, you will see the selected product (photo, description), quantity, price and further options: CONTINUE PURCHASE; REFRESH BASKET or EMPTY BASKET. Here you also have the option to redeem a discount or enter a discount code. We have to remind you of the minimum purchase amount of EUR 15. - fill in the information correctly and accurately
- if you have any note, just write it in the NOTE box
- if you want us to deliver your order to a different address than the one you provided for contact information, just state it correctly with all notes for the delivery service
